Nikki Morris is a local Real Estate Broker. I was contacted by Nikki firstly to create a business card and fridge magnet that would match the branding of her then current brokerage, McIntyre Real Estate Services Inc. Since our initial project together Nikki and I have worked on other various things such as two different logos to represent herself in the real estate market. 

Like all freelance branding projects, we began with a questionnaire that helped me understand Nikki's wants, needs, and goals for her logo. From there I developed various versions for her to narrow down her choices until we came to the final design.
